● UH-3182 - Commission screen issues - Total available doesn't match the Invoice amount.
● UH-2987 - Commission issue in application
● UH-3180 - Commission -Downloading the Commission invoice- update the document
name
● UH-3171 - Appointment issue - inservice colour change
● UH-3178 - Appointment Issue - Issue with Appointment reminder email/ SMS time
● UH-3170 - Appointment issue - Appointments are not automatically changing to ‘in-service’ at
the START time of the service.
● UH-3204 - Service filter -  bring in the service filters into service selection screen
● UH-3192 - Voucher- While scrolling , the list of vouchers is shown behind the “apply voucher “
button.
● UH-3172 - Inservice flow - Issue checking out and 'in-service' appointment
● UH-3231 - Text change -change ‘Pay Now’ on this screen to ‘Send Bill’
● UH-3232 - Text change -change ‘Pay Now’ on here to ‘Card Payment’
● UH-3265 - Text Change - Can we change the text: chat with us, to ‘Get Help’ with the SOS icon.
Users are not understanding that they can get help there.
● UH-3248 - Text Change - Request for wording to be updated for the Checkout button for the
booking for which the bill has already been sent
● UH-3266 - Text Change -  change text ‘Feedback’ to ‘Feedback & Feature Requests’
● UH-3227 - SMS - Sms appointment confirmation is the incorrect time (2 hours off)
● UH-3190 - SMS - The SMS recharge receipt needs to detail that this is for SMS credits.
● UH-2779 - Trading address- Create UI for entering Trading address in bottom sheet
● UH-3240 - Cancel Button -If you touch the three dots and then at the slide up card press ‘cancel’
it still says resent the bill
● UH-3157 - Automatic price remove - When you edit a service pricing on the fly as soon as you
touch the pricing area, it should just remove everything that’s there and start typing immediately
so you don’t have to delete and then retype. 
● UH-3246 - Split payment - card amount showing incorrect in split payment
● UH-3244 - Face ID - Face ID is already set up but still again asks us to set it up.
● UH-3169 - After you press the confirm cancellation pop up you still need to press orange cancel
CTA again to go back. Once you confirm in the pop up it should immediately go back to the cart.
● UH-3176 - Comms issue between Card reader and App when payment made
● UH-3193 - Coach mark should be below explore icon
● UH-3256 - Loading Issue -can't view overdue orders , it is continuously loading
● UH-3194 - online booking -Touch area too small for touching the time- the whole time (including
the clock) should be touch responsive. 
● UH-3197 - online booking - Change so that that the copy store link goes to the Apple ‘share’
function so that Users can share it via email, text, socials etc they can also copy it in the apple
share screen.
● UH-3203 - online booking - Can we please make sure the green globes are all aligned in a
column regardless of the price number length. Just give more padding
● UH-3209 - online booking - If you click on the notes area it doesn’t allow you to type a note.
Doesn’t raise the keyboard
● UH-3210 - online booking - When you decline a booking - I think we should have a confirmation
pop up as if you decline it, it is removed and there is no way to recover it. Also, it should send an
email to the consumer.
● UH-3223 - online booking - Online booking onboarding screens - sentences are not matching
with figma
● UH-3234 - online booking - call- it shows stylist mobile number rather then customer , refer
screen shot
● UH-3142 - Booking Confirm - Booking Note vanishes after adding the services/ change
customer. Refer Screen recording.
● UH-3250 - Notification message is incorrect, not linked to purchase in app, Not posted in Xero,
