Can I change appointment reminders from 72 hours to 24 hours (or choose email/SMS)?

Yes - you can now select how and when your clients receive reminders

What’s new

With the latest update, stylists can now fully control their appointment reminders. You can choose:

  • Reminder type: Email, SMS, or both

  • Reminder timing: 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours before the appointment

SMS Pricing

If you choose SMS reminders, each message is billed at 9c per SMS.
SMS credits are prepaid:

  • A $10 credit pack is charged upfront

  • When your balance drops below $1, an automatic $10 top-up is applied to keep reminders sending without interruption

How to set it up

  1. From the Home screen, tap your profile image in the top-left corner.

  2. Select Client Notifications.

  3. Choose your preferred reminder type — Email, SMS, or both.

  4. Select when reminders should be sent — 24h, 48h, or 72h before the appointment.

  5. Save your settings.

All future appointments will follow your new reminder preferences.
