Yes - you can now select how and when your clients receive reminders
What’s new
With the latest update, stylists can now fully control their appointment reminders. You can choose:

Reminder type: Email, SMS, or both

Reminder timing: 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours before the appointment
SMS Pricing
If you choose SMS reminders, each message is billed at 9c per SMS.
SMS credits are prepaid:

A $10 credit pack is charged upfront

When your balance drops below $1, an automatic $10 top-up is applied to keep reminders sending without interruption
How to set it up

From the Home screen, tap your profile image in the top-left corner.

Select Client Notifications.

Choose your preferred reminder type — Email, SMS, or both.

Select when reminders should be sent — 24h, 48h, or 72h before the appointment.

Save your settings.
All future appointments will follow your new reminder preferences.
