Can I extend application or processing time after an appointment is booked?

Adjusting appointment durations for a specific client, just for that appointment.

Good news - this feature is coming soon!
We’re working on an update that will let you extend or reduce the application and processing time of individual services within a booking.

Right now, you can still adjust the total duration of the booked appointment for a specific client, just for that appointment.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open your Calendar.

  2. Tap on the appointment block.

  3. Tap Edit.

  4. Next to the service, tap Edit again.

  5. Adjust the duration (and cost, if needed) - this applies only to that client, for that appointment.

👉 Important to know:

  • Currently, changing a service duration will extend the entire appointment time.

  • If there are multiple services, the last service in the booking is extended.

  • Soon, you’ll be able to edit the exact service (e.g., application or processing time) without affecting the whole booking.

💡 Tip: Always double-check the updated appointment length in your calendar so it doesn’t clash with your next client.
