Yes, our amazing Tech team can import the information for you through the back end of your app within 24 hours...if not, sooner!
Just need to ask your Scheduling Software for the CSV file of the following *Clients data, into separate columns:
- First name
- Last name
- Mobile number
- Email Address
- Customer notes
Please forward the CSV file to indiesupport@unwritten.hair, and our team will import 1 - 2 business days, if not sooner.
Note:
- Customers with no Mobile Numbers cannot be successfully added/imported to the Stylist's Contacts
- If first name with more than 1 word (ie Din Laurence), it will only use Din as the First Name
- If last name with more than 1 word (ie Dela Cruz), it will only use Cruz as the Last Name
- Cannot determine if the name is First Name or Last Name (ie Estelle Van Der Merwe)
In this case, it will use First Name as Estelle and Last Name will be Merwe

*Similarly to most other software, due to the highly complex nature of databases, importing transactions, past appointments and future appointments is not possible.
We recommend, importing your contacts, via the above method/importing from your phone contacts/manual and then taking the time to manually create future appointments in the HUSL system. Once all your appointments are in from the other system, you are good to go moving forward to continue booking via HUSL.
