Switching to HUSL is easy. Our Tech Team can securely import your client details directly into the back end of your app — saving you time and manual admin.
What We Need From You
Please request a CSV file from your current booking software containing the following client details:

First Name
-
Last Name
-
Mobile Number
-
Email Address
-
Customer Notes
Once received, simply email the CSV file to:
Our team will import your client list as quickly as possible.
Important Notes Before Sending
Please review these requirements to avoid delays:
1️⃣ Mobile Numbers Are Mandatory

Clients without a mobile number cannot be imported.

The mobile number acts as a unique identifier in the HUSL system.
2️⃣ First Names With More Than One Word
Example: Din Laurence

Only Din will be saved as the First Name.
3️⃣ Last Names With More Than One Word
Example: Dela Cruz

Only Cruz will be saved as the Last Name.
4️⃣ Names That Cannot Be Clearly Split
Example: Estelle Van Der Merwe

First Name: Estelle

Last Name: Merwe
Special Note for Fresha Users
If you are using Fresha, we can perform a full import, including:

Services
-
Appointments
For All Other Booking Systems
Due to the complex structure of different booking databases:

Services and appointments cannot currently be imported.

Client contacts can be imported using the CSV method above.
Recommended Setup Process

Import your client contacts via CSV (as outlined above).

Manually add your services inside the HUSL app.

Manually recreate upcoming appointments.

Once all future bookings are added, continue managing everything inside HUSL moving forward.
💡 Tip: Start with future appointments only — there’s no need to backdate old bookings.
