Yes, your client will receive an SMS notification when you cancel their appointment or make any changes to their booking, if Client Notifications are enabled in your settings.

You can control whether clients receive updates about bookings, including cancellations and changes, by adjusting your notification preferences in the app.

How to Check or Enable Client Notifications

Step 1

From your home screen, tap your profile image (top left corner)

Tap Client Notifications

Step 3

Choose which notifications you want to enable:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Booking reminders
  • Booking changes/cancellations

Step 4

Select how clients receive notifications:

  • SMS
  • Email
  • Or both (recommended)
