How can I add a child as a new client when the parent’s phone number is already in use?
How to manage child clients when the same phone number can’t be used twice
When adding a child as a new client in HUSL, the app currently doesn’t allow the same phone number to be used for multiple client profiles. 
Each mobile number acts as a unique identifier in the system, which helps HUSL connect clients to stylists and manage dropshipping orders efficiently.
Workarounds:
While this will be fixed in Version 3, you can use the following options:
- 
Use a placeholder number: - 
Enter a fake/mobile number for the child when creating the profile. 
 
- 
- 
Book under the parent’s profile: - 
Schedule the child’s appointment (e.g., “Kids Cut”) under the mother or parent’s client card. 
- 
Tip: Add “Child’s Name” in the appointment notes to avoid confusion. 
- If you have multiple children, you can use “Child Cut 1,” “Child Cut 2,” “Child Cut 3,” etc., to keep appointments organised.

Steps to add a child under the parent profile:
- 
Open the parent’s client card. 
- 
Tap “New Booking” 
- Select the appointment time
- 
Select the service for the child (e.g., Kids Cut). 
- 
Add the child’s name in the appointment notes. 
- 
Confirm and save the booking.
