To keep your SMS appointment reminders running smoothly, you’ll need to enable auto-renew. This ensures your balance automatically tops up whenever it gets low — no missed reminders, no manual topping up, no stress.

How to top up SMS credits (step-by-step)

1. Open the HUSL app
   From your Home screen, tap SMS Reminders.

2. Turn on SMS Reminders
   Toggle the feature ON.

3. Enable Auto-Renewal
   Tap the ‘Allow Auto-Renewal’ checkbox.

4. Activate
   Tap the ‘Enable Reminders’ button at the bottom.

5. Add or update your payment method
   Tap top left profile image > Payments > and make sure your credit/debit card details are current.
   (This is essential — auto-renew won’t work without it.)

💡 Tips

• If SMS reminders suddenly stop sending, double-check your card expiry date.

• You can turn auto-renew off anytime in the SMS Reminders screen.
