How to Cancel a Booking in the HUSL App

Easily cancel appointments and process refunds for online deposits when needed.

You can cancel a booking directly from your HUSL calendar in just a few steps.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. From the home screen, tap the Calendar icon (bottom of the screen)
  2. Locate and select the booking you want to cancel
  3. Tap Options
  4. Select Delete Booking

The booking will now be removed from your calendar.

If the Client Paid a Deposit Online

If the client booked online and paid a deposit, you will need to process the refund separately via Stripe:

  1. Log into your Stripe account
  2. Locate the relevant transaction
  3. Select Refund and process the payment

💡 Tips

  • Always double-check the booking before deleting, as this action cannot be undone
  • Refunds must be processed in Stripe — they are not automatic in HUSL
  • Communicate with your client once a cancellation and refund has been completed to avoid confusion
