How to connect your Stripe account with HUSL

Connecting Stripe allows you to take credit card payments easily, and best of all, you don’t pay for bank fees.

You can pass the Stripe fee directly onto your clients by toggling ON ‘Pass fees to customers’ in your Payments settings.

Stripe is free to register, secure, and fully integrated with HUSL, no additional downloads or setup needed.

Steps to connect Stripe:

1. Open the HUSL App

2. Tap on your Profile image (top left corner)

3. Go to Payments

4. Tap ‘Connect Stripe Account’

5. Follow the prompts to sign up to Stripe (takes 5-7 mins)

6. Complete the setup by verifying your identity and business details.
   ⚠️ Please make sure to complete the registration properly, otherwise payments can be placed on pause. If in doubt, once completed - re-log back into your Stripe account to check for messages.

Once connected, your Stripe account will be ready to take payments through HUSL.

You can then choose to either set up:
TaptoPay (iPhone / Android with NFC chip) or Stripe Card Reader (available to purchase from HUSL Wholesale Shop).

💳 About Stripe Fees:

• Stripe charges a flat fee of 1.75% + 30c per transaction

• There are no other fees from Stripe or HUSL

• You can pass this fee on to your clients in your Payments settings by toggling ON 'Pass fees to customers'

Set up your Stripe account using your legal name and business details to avoid verification delays. You can update your info anytime in the Stripe dashboard.
