How to Create a Package service

Tip: The "Finishing" time can be customised to suit your needs!
Use it however works best for your Service.

Follow these steps to set up a package service:

Step 1: Navigate to Services

1. Open the app and tap on bottom right UP arrow.

2. Select Manage my Services from the menu.
   
   

Step 2: Create a New Package

1. Tap on + button next to the search bar.

2. Enter the Service Name (e.g., “Ultimate Blonde Hair Package”).
3. Choose Package as the service Category.
4. Set the Price for the entire package.

5. Toggle ON Add Processing Time

6. Set Application time for the first main service (eg., "Balayage" 60 mins)

7. Set Processing Time for that first service (eg., 45 mins)

8. Set Finishing Time for the last remaining services (eg,. Toner & wash off 15 mins + Cut & Blowdry 45 mins = 60 mins)

9. Add a Description to inform yourself about what’s included.

Step 3: Configure Booking Settings

1. Toggle ON/OFF whether the package can be booked online.

2. If ON - Choose if you would like the Package to be a "Featured Service"

3. Enable or disable deposits, if applicable.

Step 4: Save and Publish

1. Review all details to ensure accuracy.

2. Tap the Create Service button to finalise the package.

3. Your package will now be available for booking by clients.

Editing or Removing a Package

• To edit a package, navigate to Manage my Services, find the package, tap Options, then Edit Service and make necessary changes.

• To remove a package, select it, tap Options and choose Delete Service.

That’s it! You’ve successfully created a package service.
