How to Edit an Existing Customer’s Details

Update a client’s name, phone number, email or notes in just a few taps in the HUSL app, follow these 5 steps.

 

Step 1:

To view your customers, select the people icon in the center of the bottom of your screen.

Step 2:

Select the client you would like to edit. 

Step 3:

Click the three dots in the top right of the screen. 

Step 4:

Select 'Edit Profile' under options.

Step 5:

Edit name, email, phone or shipping address and hit 'Update Profile'

Tips:

  • If a customer changes their number or email, updating it here ensures they still receive confirmations and receipts.

  • You can also add custom notes about hair history or preferences for future reference.
