How to Export Your Client Data from Cliniko

Switching from Cliniko to HUSL? You can export your client list as a CSV file in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Cliniko on a desktop browser.
2. Go to Settings (bottom left).
3. Click Data exports.
4. Under Patients, click Export.
5. Cliniko will generate a CSV file and email you a download link.
6. Download the file.
7. Email indiesupport@husl.io with the CSV attached — we’ll import it complimentary for you.

💡 Tips

• Make sure to download the file from the email link (don’t screenshot it).
• Keep the CSV unchanged for a smooth HUSL import.
