How to Export Your Client Data from Vagaro

Export your Vagaro client list as a CSV for import into HUSL.

Vagaro makes exporting client data quick and easy. Here’s how to download your CSV file.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to Vagaro on desktop.
  2. Go to Reports.
  3. Select Customer List.
  4. Click Export at the top.
  5. Choose CSV.
  6. The file will download to your device.
  7. Email indiesupport@husl.io with the CSV attached — we’ll import it into HUSL complimentary for you.

💡 Tips

  • Check that mobile numbers and emails are included — these are required.
  • Leave the CSV unedited.
