How to Know When an Online Booking Request Comes Through

Stay on top of client requests with email alerts and in-app notifications.

How You’ll Be Notified:

  1. Email Notification – You’ll receive an email with the booking request.

    • Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.

  2. In-App Notification – Tap the bell icon in the top right corner of the app, then go to the Online Bookings tab.

    • Here you’ll see all pending requests.

    • Tap a request to Accept, Decline, or Reschedule.

Tips:

  • Respond to requests promptly to secure your client’s appointment.

  • Double-check the date, time, and service before accepting.

  • Keep your email notifications turned on so you don’t miss any new requests.

Quick Steps:

  1. Receive the email or in-app 'Online Bookings' message for the booking request.

  2. Review the booking details carefully.

  3. Tap Accept, Decline, or Reschedule as needed.

  4. Confirm any changes with the client if necessary.
