How to Know When an Online Booking Request Comes Through
Stay on top of client requests with email alerts and in-app notifications.
How You’ll Be Notified:

Email Notification – You’ll receive an email with the booking request.

Check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it.

Use this email to contact the client if the booking details need adjusting

In-App Notification – Tap the bell icon in the top right corner of the app, then go to the Online Bookings tab.

Here you’ll see all pending requests.

Tap a request to Accept, Decline, or Reschedule.

Respond to requests promptly to secure your client’s appointment.

Double-check the date, time, and service before accepting.

Keep your email notifications turned on so you don’t miss any new requests.
Quick Steps:

Receive the email or in-app 'Online Bookings' message for the booking request.

Tap Accept, Decline, or Reschedule as needed.

Confirm any changes with the client if necessary.
