Quick steps to process in-store cash payments or accept bank transfers at checkout.
How to Take Payment for Cash or Bank Transfer
You can easily record cash or bank transfer payments directly from the checkout.
Follow the steps below based on the payment method your client chooses.
Cash Payment

At the clients Checkout
-
Tap Split / Other
-
Select Cash
-
Scroll or tap the $ field and enter the payment amount
-
Tap Save
-
You’ll return to the Checkout screen and see the amount listed under Cash
-
Tap Complete Payment
What happens next?

Your client receives an automated payment receipt
-
The cart status updates to Transaction Complete (shown in green at the top)
Bank Transfer Payment
-
At the clients Checkout
-
Tap Split / Other
-
Select Bank (Bank Transfer)
-
Scroll or tap the $ field and enter the payment amount
-
Tap Save
-
You’ll return to the Checkout screen and see the amount listed under Bank
-
Tap Complete Payment
What happens next?
-
Your client automatically receives an invoice with your bank details
-
The client completes the bank transfer
-
Once payment is received, tap Reconcile Bank Transfer
-
Tap Accept Payment
-
The cart status updates to Transaction Complete (green at the top)
💡 Helpful Tips

Ensure your bank account details are added in Bank Settings before accepting bank transfers
-
Use Split / Other if combining payment methods
-
Only reconcile a bank transfer once funds have cleared in your account
