Send invoices to clients for completed services - whether the cart is overdue or still open.
How to Send an Invoice to Your Client
If a service has already been completed and your client isn’t face to face, you can send them an invoice so they can complete payment.
The steps depend on whether the cart is overdue or still open.
⚠️ Important: Choose the Payment Method First
Before sending any invoice, ensure the correct payment method is selected. This determines what the client sees on their invoice.

Card (default):
The invoice includes a PAY NOW button with a secure payment link. -
Bank (Bank Transfer):
The invoice includes your bank account details at the bottom so the client can transfer payment.
Option 1: Cart Is Overdue
Use this method if the service has already been added and the cart status is Overdue.
Steps

Open the Client Profile

Tap Overdue under Activity

Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right

Select Resend Bill
What Happens Next?

The invoice is sent via SMS
-
The invoice is also emailed (if the client’s email address is saved)
-
The client can pay using the selected payment method
Option 2: Cart Is Still Open (Not Overdue)
If you’ve just added the activity and the cart status is still Open, you can send the invoice directly from Checkout.
Steps

Go to Checkout

Tap Split / Other

Select the client’s preferred payment method

Card (default), or
-
Bank (Bank Transfer)

Tap Complete Payment
What Happens Next?

An automated invoice is sent via SMS and email
-
If Bank Transfer was selected, your bank account details appear at the bottom of the invoice

If Card was selected, the invoice includes a PAY NOW button
💡 Helpful Tips

Always confirm the client’s email address and mobile number are correct

Make sure your bank details are added in settings before sending bank transfer invoices
-
Let the client know the invoice has been sent to avoid delays
