Can I set a future availability?

Set yourself up to work certain days only in the future.

At the moment, setting future availability (e.g. only working Fridays in December) isn’t possible — but it is on our roadmap!

Workaround: Block off days until they become available

If, for example, you don’t usually work Fridays but want to open them only in December, here’s how to manage it in the meantime:

✅ Steps:

1. Update your availability
   Go to your availability settings and include Fridays.

2. Block out Fridays until December
   Use the Task feature:

   • Create a new Task.

   • Set it to repeat every Friday.

   • Choose an end date of 30th November.

This will block off those Fridays so they stay unavailable for bookings until December.

💡 Tip:
When December comes, just delete the recurring Task — your Fridays will then be open for bookings as per your availability settings!
