Tracking Your Order

Where’s my Wholesale or clients' Dropship Order?

All HUSL orders are sent via Australia Post, and tracking details are always sent via email once your order is dispatched.


🔍 For Wholesale Orders:

  1. Check your email (including junk/spam) for an Australia Post tracking link.

  2. Click the link to see your parcel’s delivery status.

  3. If you miss the delivery, Australia Post will either:

    • Leave the parcel in a safe location (marked as Safe Drop), or

    • Redirect it to your nearest post office for collection.


👩‍💻 For Drop-Ship Orders (Client Purchases):

  • Your client will receive the tracking email directly from Australia Post.

  • The same delivery process (Safe Drop or post office collection) applies.
