Understanding Colour Codes in Your Appointment Bookings
Easily track the status of your appointments with colour-coded booking indicators.
The colour coding in your appointment bookings helps you quickly see the status of each client at a glance. Here’s what each colour means:

Pink – Open Booking (not yet started)

Blue – In Service (currently being worked on)

Green – Transaction Completed (finished and paid)

Orange – Online Booking Request (client has requested a time slot)

Yellow – Accepted Online Booking Request (you’ve approved the client’s request)

Red – No Show (client did not attend the appointment)
💡 Tips:

Use this system to stay organised and keep your day flowing smoothly.

Check your bookings regularly to confirm requests (Orange → Yellow).

Complete Transactions (turn green) and mark your No Show (turn red) appointments accurately so your reports and client history stay up to date.
- When your have Completed a Transaction, please give the app a moment to let it turn green. It can take a few minutes, as multiple systems need to talk to eachother.
