When you make a transaction with one of your customers through the Unwritten app, that customer becomes connected with you in the Unwritten system.
Every time a 'connected' customer transacts with you, whether face to face, through a link you send to them for remote fulfilment, or on our website you get paid. Connected customers are yours for life (unless they transact with another Indie on the Unwritten platform).
You can see how many of of your customers are 'connected' to you by clicking on your profile image in the home menu and under your email address you will see the number of linked customers.
Similarly, you can also see whether a customer is linked or not in your customer list. Connected customers will show with a little green chain on the right of their name.
