Understand what it means when a customer is “connected” to you in HUSL and why it matters.
A Connected Customer is someone who has transacted with you through the HUSL app. Once a transaction occurs, whether it’s:

💇 A service in person

📦 A drop-shipped product via a link you’ve sent

🛍️ A purchase made through your e-store on the HUSL website
—They become "connected" to you in the HUSL system.
Why it matters:

You earn commission on all their future purchases via the Unwritten Hair care consumer website (unless they start transacting with another stylist).

They’re linked to your profile for life, making it easy to track their activity, recommend products, and earn ongoing income.
How to see if a client is connected:
🔗 Option 1: From your profile

Tap your profile image from the Home screen (top left).

Look under your email address – the number shown is your total connected customers.
🔗 Option 2: From your customer list

Go to your Customer List from the Home screen (bottom middle).

Look for the green link icon on the right side of your client's name; this means they’re connected to you.
💡Tip:
Encourage clients to purchase drop-ship products through your e-store or recommended product links, this ensures they stay connected and you keep earning!
