It's important to remind your customers of their appointment to make sure you minimise no-shows.
You might be wondering at what point in time prior to your customers appointment will they receive their email or SMS appointment reminder.
Currently appointment emails are triggered to be sent 72 hours prior to the start time of any appointment.
If you have SMS appointment reminders turned on, the same timing applies, each appointment will receive a reminder 72 hours prior to the start time of their service in order to give you enough *time to fill the spot should they contact you wanting to reschedule or cancel.
Please note that customers will only receive an email reminder if they have an email saved in their profile, and likewise a mobile phone number for SMS delivery (with that feature turned on).
