Where is my Online Booking Link?

Find and access your booking link quickly after setting up your profile and availability.

Your Online Booking Link will appear once your Booking Setup is correctly completed.
Follow these steps to ensure it shows:

1. Add Your Location

  • Go to My Location and fill in the Location Name and Address.

  • Important: Select your address from the dropdown list. This ensures the system recognises your exact location and avoids errors.

  • Tap Add Location to save.

2. Set Your Availability

  • Tap the location you just added.

  • ⚠️ Important: DO NOT tap Mobile Booking unless you are a Mobile Hairdresser. This is for mobile services only.

  • Set your availability for your location and tap Update Availability to save.

  • ⚠️ Ensure Mobile Booking is toggled off (grey) if you’re not mobile; having dates active there can conflict with your location availability.

3. Optional: Cancellation & Deposits

  • Tap Cancellation & Deposits to toggle on if you’d like to set up cancellations or deposits for online bookings.

  • Note: This is optional; your booking link will still appear without it.

Tips:

  • Double-check your location and availability; most issues come from incomplete settings or conflicts with mobile booking.

  • Remember, Optimised Booking and Average Service Duration settings are not required for your link to appear.

Once all required steps are complete, the Copy Booking Link button will appear at the bottom of your setup page.
