Why can’t I add a customer without a mobile number?

Understanding why mobile numbers are required to add clients in HUSL

In the HUSL app, a mobile number acts as a unique identifier for each client. This is essential for the dropshipping feature, as it ensures that any orders your clients place are correctly linked to you—so you receive your commission.

Tips & Workarounds:

  • If a client doesn’t have a mobile number, you can temporarily enter a random number to save them in your list.

  • Watch this space! We have a feature request on our roadmap to allow adding clients without a mobile number. You can also view the full roadmap, add your own feature requests, and vote for features you’d like to see in the HUSL app HERE. 

Steps to add a client with a mobile number:

  1. Open your Client List in the HUSL app.

  2. Tap Add Client.

  3. Enter your client’s Name and Mobile Number.

  4. Save to complete.
