Why do I get a blank white screen when I open the HUSL app?

Cached data and unstable internet connections (including Wi-Fi extenders) can prevent the app from loading correctly.

A blank white screen usually means the app is opening but can’t fully load its content. This is most often caused by cached data combined with an unstable internet connection.

If you’re using a Wi-Fi extender, this can increase the chances of the issue. Extenders may switch your device between networks or deliver an inconsistent signal, which can interrupt secure app connections and stop the screen from rendering.

Common causes include:

  • Cached or corrupted app data

  • Weak or unstable Wi-Fi connection

  • Wi-Fi extenders or mesh networks causing network switching

  • Temporary syncing or authentication interruptions

How to fix it (step-by-step):

  1. Turn Wi-Fi off and open the HUSL app using mobile data.

  2. If it works, the issue is likely your Wi-Fi or extender.

  3. Force-close the app and reopen it.

  4. Move closer to your main router and reconnect (avoid the extender if possible).

  5. Log out and log back in, or reinstall the app if needed.

💡 Tips:

  • Avoid opening the app while your phone is switching between Wi-Fi networks.

  • If you use a Wi-Fi extender, connect directly to your main router when possible.

  • Keeping your app updated helps prevent caching issues.
