Why doesn’t drag and drop work when I try to reschedule an appointment?

Learn the correct way to drag and drop appointments in the HUSL app.

If your appointment isn’t 'snapping' into 15-minute increments when you drag and drop, it’s usually because the press wasn’t held long enough.

Steps to drag and drop successfully:

  1. Long press the appointment for about one second.

  2. Wait until you feel and hear a “click.”

  3. Once you feel that click, drag the appointment to your new time.

  4. Appointments will automatically snap into 15-minute increments.

Tips:

  • If it doesn’t move, lift your finger and try again.

  • Make sure your screen is responsive and your phone’s touch sensitivity is enabled.
