Can I edit the appointment booking email sent to clients?

Customisation options for client-facing booking emails in HUSL

Currently, you can’t fully customise the appointment booking email sent automatically to your clients through the HUSL app.

The system-generated email includes the essentials:

  • Your business name

  • Appointment details (time, date, service)

  • Location

  • Options to reschedule or cancel

This ensures consistency and clarity for all bookings.


💡 Want more personalised info in your emails?

While the core booking email can't be edited, you can send a follow-up message manually (via email or SMS) with extra info like parking instructions, what to bring, or your cancellation policy.
