How to add a discount to your client’s services at the checkout

You can easily add discounts to your client’s services during checkout. This ensures accurate records and a professional experience.

Here’s how to apply a discount:

From the Checkout screen, tap Apply Discount (top of screen).
Choose whether to apply the discount as a $ amount or a % percentage.
Select the service(s) you’d like to discount.
Confirm and complete the sale.

💡 Tip: Always record the reason for the discount (e.g., Birthday gift, Referral reward, Gift voucher) so you can record promotions and client perks later.
