How to update my customer's information prior to checking them out

Changing your client's email, phone number or address prior to checking them out is easy in the Unwritten app. Watch this video to learn how to update your client's information.

Step 1:

Start in your 'Open Carts' page. 

Step 2:

Next click into your client's cart. 

Step 3:

Then, select "Customer Info" in the top left of your screen.

Step 4:

In this page you will be able to edit your client's information. 

Step 5:

Finalize by selecting 'Update Profile'.
