What does the SMS appointment reminder say?

A straight forward text message is sent to your clients 24, 48 or 72 hours prior to their appointment time - You choose!

If you have your SMS reminders turned on via 'Client Notifications' setting, an automatic SMS will be sent your client to remind them.

The automatic SMS is straight forward and covers all necessary information to ensure they do not miss their booked appointment:
- Start time

- Date

- Their Stylists phone contact if they need to reschedule/cancel 

We’ve automated the SMS reminder to be sent at the chosen time (24, 48 or 72 hours prior) before the appointment, as this provides the Stylist with ample time to refill any open slots if needed.
