If your customer doesn't receive an email or text with their bill, don't worry we have a fix! In this video we will go over what to do if your customer doesn't receive their bill.
Step 1
First go to your 'Open Carts' screen.
Step 2
Next, click on the pending cart.
Step 3
Then make sure their information is entered in correctly.
Step 4
Go back to their cart, hit the three dots in the top right corner.
Step 5
Then 'Resend Bill'
