What SMS's do you pay for?
We pay for SMS relating to remote purchases and receipts. You only pay for SMS relating to your appointment bookings. However, you can opt out and just send emails which is free.
We understand staying on top to communicate to your clients to give them peace of mind their appointments have been booked at the right time and day, as well as knowing their payment has been received, can be difficult!
So we have done the hard work for you.
When you opt in for SMS appointment reminders the phone company charges .09c p/sms.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you have added a card on the Payments page, you’ll be prompted to do so in order to activate SMS reminders.
A one-time $10 charge will be applied by your phone service provider to activate your SMS credit.
The default SMS/Email Appointment reminder setting as per below - You can choose what type of notification, for which reminder and when you'd like it sent (24, 48 or 72 hours):
As mentioned above, we pay for SMS relating to invoices and receipts. These SMS's are automated.
